For Local Shoots:
If your shoot is located within [Port Harcourt], travel expenses are fully included in our standard packages. There are no hidden fees for us to get to you!
For Out-of-Town & Destination Shoots:
For locations outside our primary base, travel expenses are covered additionally. We typically handle this in one of two ways:
Flat Fee: A pre-agreed travel surcharge is added to your package to cover fuel and logistics.
Direct Coverage: For long-distance or destination projects, the client covers transportation and modest accommodation for the team.
Pro-Tip: If you're looking to save on travel costs, we always recommend our "Studio Session" or using the beautiful grounds of our partner locations, where travel fees are waived entirely!
Do you travel for photoshoots outside of California?
Absolutely! At Haywhy Dynamic Visual, our creativity isn't confined to Port Harcourt. We love capturing stories in new environments, whether it’s a vibrant street session in Lagos, a scenic maternity shoot in Abuja, or a destination wedding further afield.
Here is how we handle out-of-town bookings:
We Go Where the Story Is: We are fully mobile and equipped to travel for your birthday, maternity, or wedding shoots.
Travel Logistics: For shoots outside Port Harcourt, we simply add a travel and logistics fee to your package. This covers our transportation and, if necessary, modest accommodation to ensure our team is refreshed and ready to shoot.
Consultation First: We’ll discuss the location during your booking to provide a transparent, all-inclusive quote so there are no surprises.

Sneak Peeks: You’ll receive a few "teaser" shots within 24 to 48 hours so you can start sharing the magic immediately.
Final Gallery: The full, professionally retouched gallery is typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the scale of your project.
For larger events like weddings, we’ll provide a specific timeline during your booking, but we always aim to get your memories back to you as soon as possible!
